No Call No Show: If you do not show up for your appointment or you are more than 15 minutes late, and failure to call will result in a forfeiture of your deposit + a charge of the entire amount due for your service and a 25.00 re-booking fee(re-booking fee DOES NOT go towards your remaining balance).
